Booking Notes

  • Minimum: Most packages require a minimum of 10 guests. Smaller private dinners available with a minimum spend.
  • Travel: Travel is included within our primary service area (30A, Destin, Pensacola). A small travel fee may apply for extended Gulf Coast locations.
  • Gratuity: Gratuity for your chef is appreciated and not included in the package price. 18–20% is industry standard.
  • Setup: We cook outdoors on a portable hibachi grill. A flat ~6 ft x 4 ft outdoor area is required.
  • Host Provides: Dinner table, seating for guests, plates & utensils (or add our disposable setup).
